Abbie Sunter is multi-media artist specialising in ceramic sculpture. Drawing heavily on the themes of folklore, myths and legends, her work aims to reconnect the viewer to nature through memories of place and the familiarity of folklore.

In 2022, she returned to university to study for her MA in Art (Fine Art & Photography), for which her final major project received the Artcore Emerging Artist Award and recently graduated with a Distinction. Abbie now continues to work at Banks Mill Studios as a member of staff, supporting new and emerging artists through their own creative journeys and continues to expand her own artistic practice.
